Redeployment began by assisting military members leaving the service, transition into the civilian sector with job coaching, resume writing, online profile assistance, and by facilitating introductions to companies interested in hiring.
During the 2020 pandemic, the market changed drastically, forcing our team to pivot, opening a door to what has become a passion as much as a business by providing professional services to job-seekers and employers. Using our experience, we’ve learned that staffing is not a numbers game — it’s a relationship-building business. That’s why we put an emphasis on listening, guiding, and matching.
Using our expertise working with people, our existing client relationships, and our location in the booming Biotech market of Southern California, we began working with startups advising them on what it takes to successfully build out their leadership teams.
