MADELINE HAUGEN

I am a proud San Diego native with a background in criminal justice that has strengthened my critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. I have developed a strong sense of empathy and understanding of people. I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people and what makes them thrive, which is why I joined Redeployment. While my study of Psychology gave me a knack for detail and the intricacies of human behavior—skills I now apply to identifying and connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.

During my time as a student-athlete on the women’s soccer team, I developed a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Balancing academics and athletics taught me how to manage time effectively and work diligently toward achieving both personal and collective goals. It has taught me how to set goals and push myself to achieve them, no matter the challenge. This experience reinforced my commitment to hard work, resilience, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure—qualities that serve me well in my position with Redeployment.
