Gregory Walling

Mr. Walling has more than 40 years of comprehensive executive search experience in health care, technology, professional, and financial services. He has successfully conducted hundreds of assignments for hospitals, HMO's, universities, and Fortune 500 corporations.

Greg has developed and implemented human resource plans for a national technology corporation, health care cost containment firm, computer software company, and several small to mid size businesses. He has also personally conducted many outplacement and restructuring programs for both large international companies and small business organizations.
Prior to entering the executive search field, Greg served as an Assistant to the Dean at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business in College Park, MD. He is an honors graduate from the University of Maryland's School of Business where he attained a B.S. in Human Resource Management and an MBA with distinction.
