THOMAS BETHMANN
President and Founder
Thomas grew up all over the world, following his father's Naval career, ultimately attending St. Joe's Prep in Philadelphia, PA. Here, he received an appointment to the US Naval Academy where he played golf, learned the basics of economics, accounting, and engineering, started his first business selling t-shirts. He continued to develop as a leader, graduating with a commission into the Navy in 2008.
Thomas served on active duty for 11 years working with multiple units to include a guided missile destroyer, a west coast SEAL Team, with the Navy's largest helicopter squadron, and served as the Financial Advisor to Midshipmen at the Naval Academy.
As a lifelong entrepreneur, Thomas has created, owned, and invested in several businesses prior to launching Redeployment. He has served on multiple non-profit boards, currently acting as the Vice President of the Board for the Veteran focused Lazy Lab Hunting Club.
Following his retirement from Active Duty, he followed his passion for helping other business owners by recruiting leadership teams using his global network of friends, colleagues, mentors, and mentees.
As a lifelong learner and optimist, he lives by the phrase, "PAY IT FORWARD!"
